How It Works

Our eSIMs are delivered by email. There is nothing to pick up, nothing to ship, and nothing to return.

  1. Choose your destination and dates. Pick the country or region you are travelling to, your start date, and how many days you need.
  2. Order online. Pay by card at checkout. You are charged for the number of days you selected, and from the 11th day onward each additional day is half price.
  3. Get your QR code by email. We email your activation details the day before your start date, so that you have them in hand before you travel.
  4. Add the eSIM to your phone. The email gives you three ways to do it: tap the install button (iPhone, iOS 17.4 or later), scan the attached QR code from another screen, or type in the SM-DP+ address and activation code by hand (Android and manual setup).
  5. Turn on mobile data when you arrive. Your phone connects to the local network.

Before you order

  • Your phone needs to support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier.
  • The earliest start date you can choose is tomorrow.
  • The data allowance for your destination is shown on the product page before you add the plan to your cart.
