Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the eSIM data plans and related services offered by Kyoto Limousine Inc, doing business as Bonaventure Rental ("we", "us"), at 404 S. Figueroa St. Suite 506, Los Angeles, CA 90071, United States. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for use outside our own network, provided over the networks of local mobile operators in the destination you select. We are a reseller: the mobile network itself is operated by those local operators, and coverage, speed and availability are determined by them.
2. What you need
You are responsible for making sure that your phone supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier before you order. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged per day for the number of days you select. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and, where we do so after you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
4. Delivery
Your activation details are delivered by email the day before your start date. There is no physical shipment. It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and to check it, including any spam or promotions folder.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund policy forms part of these Terms. In short: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your activation details are sent; once they have been sent, the plan is issued to you personally and is not refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, resell them, or use them in a way that breaches the terms of the local network operator or the laws of the country you are in. We may suspend or terminate service where we reasonably believe this term has been breached.
7. Service quality
Mobile networks are not available everywhere and are not free from interruption. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any particular speed, or coverage in any particular building or location. Data allowances, and any reduction of speed after an allowance is used, are shown on the product page before you order.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, missed connections or missed bookings.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
